Following a hail event and initial damage reporting, inspection planning tools are used to structure the response campaign and efficiently allocate scanning capacity and resources.

The system automatically issues SMS or email notifications containing a secure, one-time-use calendar link for controlled access to the booking process.

Self-Service Appointment Booking
The booking link provides access to a web-based scheduling portal on desktop or mobile devices, allowing inspection time and location selection without manual coordination.

Rapid On-Site Check-In
Upon arrival at the inspection site, vehicles are digitally checked in using Mobile App and prepared for scanning through a streamlined intake process completed within 1–2 minutes per vehicle.

High-Speed Vehicle Scan
The vehicle passes through the ADI scanner arch in a continuous drive-through motion, completing the process in 15-20 seconds.

Cloud Processing & Reporting
Captured scan data is processed by the AI Engine and uploaded to the cloud. A fully detailed ADI report is generated and made available within few minutes of scan completion.

Remote Expert Calculation
Digital inspection reports are reviewed remotely, with structured data integrating directly into calculation platforms such as DAT, FIASCO, and Audatex for immediate estimation.

Damage calculations are finalized and claim decisions are issued through a digital workflow, enabling rapid resolution and efficient settlement processing.
